DROIT DU DIVERTISSEMENT

L’avocat Poul Hauch Fenger conseille dessociétés de production cinématographique, des réalisateurs, des acteurs, des agences publicitaires et des sportifs dans le domaine du droit du divertissement. Le conseil dans le domaine de l’industrie créative a trait, entre autres, à la protection légale de la production d’œuvres et produits de la création tels que des films, des œuvres d’art, des créations architecturales et musicales. Les discussions stratégiques avec le client, les négociations et les négociations de contrats constituent également un aspect central de mon travail.
